r+m's brief for this modern architecturally designed home was to design a master plan for the site which complements the home. Providing a fantastic indoor-outdoor flow for the large entertaining areas while taking advantage of the expansive views across Clearwater Golf Course and the Southern Alps beyond was crucial.

The design takes advantage of the stunning views with the positioning of the large outdoor living spaces and infinity swimming pool directing the line of sight and view out beyond the property.
