r+m was first engaged by the owners of this 100 year old property in 2001. The initial landscape design incorporated a new garage location, driveway, tennis court and outdoor living area. Following extensive restoration of the villa r+m was re-engaged in 2009.
The clients embraced the concept of outdoor living, entertaining and recreating. r+m once again demonstrate an ability to creatively respond to the uniqueness of the setting and their clients brief.
Key features included a swimming pool, outdoor shower, water feature, outdoor fireplace and overhead louvre canopy. These aspects maximise the property’s potential and provide enjoyable trans-seasonal outdoor living.
The landscape design included an appealing street entrance and a new vision for the outdoor living area.
