Nikki has over 18 years’ experience working closely with planners, engineers and surveyors on commercial, retail, health, tourism and recreation projects and subdivision developments. Nikki joined r+m in 2009.
Over the past 6 years she has focussed on landscape planning, preparing landscape and visual assessments and presenting evidence to council and Environment Court for both large and small scale projects in Christchurch, Banks Peninsula, Hurunui, Kaikoura, Queenstown Lakes and Westland. Nikki has recently been involved in the redevelopment of Housing New Zealand sites in Christchurch. This involved the gamut of landscape architectural services including site planning for social housing, preparation of resource consent applications, evidence relating to SAM areas, and a continued role in project management.
