After Peter Rough's semi-retirement, Rebecca joined r+m in 2014 as Office Manager. She worked for 14 years as a legal executive for a local law firm and was a stay-at-home mum for 10 years. At r+m, the skills gained in both of these realms are used daily.

Rebecca loves the variety of work at r+m - from greeting clients to selecting new office furniture, to making sure all the numbers are added. She loves the great team of people with whom she works. Working with Tony is a real bonus as it's the only time she gets to see him! 

Moves:  By car, bus or feet

Drinks:  Phoenix organic ginger beer, kombucha, or a nice herbal tea

Plays:  With Lulu the black Labrador puppy or in their new swimming pool

Favourite space in Christchurch:  My own backyard and the Riccarton Bush Farmers market on a Saturday morning

Supports:  Plant based whole foods

Listens to:  National Radio (at home) and anything you can sing and dance to 

Reads:  Home and garden magazines and mostly non-fiction. Favourite reads: Room, Beautiful Boy and Me Before You

Cafés of choice:  The Origin, Portershed and Addington Coffee Co-op or anywhere that serves wholesome food

Wishes:  For more of the same – a nice, simple life (with a bit of overseas travel now and then)
