Ben is leading r+m's newly established office in Auckland and has over 7 years' experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He returns to r+m having first joined the company as a graduate landscape architect in 2007, before venturing abroad to gain some overseas experience.
Ben returned to our shores in 2013 and has spent the last five years in Auckland, where he has worked on a diverse range of projects in both the private and public realms. He has gained experience right across the multiple facets of landscape architecture, including design, construction documentation, landscape assessment and contract observation and administration. Ben has played a key role in the design and delivery of a number of complex projects including recreation reserves, play spaces, coastal cycleways and walkways, town centre upgrades, high density residential developments, subdivisions, and both education and healthcare facilities.
In his spare time Ben enjoys running, snowboarding, water sports, music and getting stuck into the garden. Ben is currently Treasurer of the NZILA Auckland Branch.
