Felicity joined r+m in 2013, enjoying the diversity of projects and gaining valuable experience in a variety of projects. These include high-end residential designs, public spaces, master planning for schools, and commercial developments.

Felicity is involved in the preparation of planting plans and contract administration from the initial conceptual design to the developed and detailed documentation phase. During the developed and detailed documentation phase, Felicity's input is valuable, with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex design problems to produce documentation packages for construction that are monitored/managed through completion. 

Felicity’s interpersonal skills enable her to develop valuable relationships with clients, consultants and contractors forming a collaborative work environment. She strives to deliver functional, innovative and inspiring design solutions that exceed client’s expectations
